We have worked to get your puppy started on the road to crate training. Will you continue to crate train your puppy?

How many hours a day do you anticipate your puppy being home alone?*

Puppies require three meals daily and potty breaks as often as every 2 hours when they first go home. How do you plan to meet these needs if you must leave your puppy home for an extended period?

Are you prepared to invest the time, energy, and financial commitment necessary to care for a growing puppy in terms of obedience training, veterinary care, feeding quality food, and to spay/neuter your puppy?

If at any time you are no longer able to care for or keep your puppy will you agree to contact us before taking any other action to sell or place the dog in another home?
